About me

Hi and welcome to my poetry blog! My name is Cat Hansen, I am 22 years old and have recently completed an English Literature degree from Lancaster University.

I am an amateur poet hoping to pursue writing poems past university. This blog will be made up of my own poems, thoughts and influences.

I began writing poetry three years ago when I took up Creative Writing as part of my degree. I began writing a mixture of poetry and prose and quickly moved on to purely poetry.
